Additional Description: The original purchaser resided in Chicago and the car had been in the possession of the family until 1998. The owner passed away in 1962 with the Corvette having just 5240 miles on the odometer. The Corvette went to a family friend in 1998 to South Florida and the later to Hot Springs Village AR. I am not sure how long the second owner had the car but it is now in the possession of the third owner who passed away last May. During his ownership the car went through an as-needed frame on preservation with only those parts needed to be replaced. The odometer failed at 6000 miles and has believed to have logged less than 20000 miles. Every effort has been made to keep the Corvette as original as possible throughout the years. The car is being offered for sale by the late widow by me per her late husband's request. The car has a tremendous amount of past receipts and you are more than welcome to go through them in person do not ask me to send them to you!!!!!!!!!!!!
